ContributorNetwork - COMMENTARY | Ever had someone steal your term paper or report in school, alter it somewhat (or not), put their name on the article in question, then turn it in as their own? Even if you haven't, you probably know someone it has happened to or who perpetrated the act of misappropriation themselves. On Thursday, that same type of misappropriation occurred in the House of Representatives when Republicans passed a resolution, according to OpenCongress.org, calling on four House committees to draft legislation that would replace the Health Care Reform legislation, the so-called Obamacare Bill (now law), that they voted to repeal on Wednesday.
